I have known him for years and in addition to being up-to-date on research and having exceptional bedside manner, he is extremely well networked with hospitals and other medical experts. When my friend's daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, he was my go-to for helping connect to the best doctors. A father, community leader - he is the type of well-rounded person that make for exceptional care!

I have a good relationship with my current pediatrician, but I wanted to try Dr. Wu's services for my high needs son. And wow!! I'm blown away with his care. Dr. Wu is proactive. During the Eaton fires, he texted me the very next morning…and warned me about the air quality. He gave me a plan in case his asthma flared. And it was SO HELPFUL, because everything that he anticipated happened. Having him text me ahead of time, gave me the confidence to handle my son’s asthma exacerbations. It was a very stressful time. He was accessible and reachable when I had questions with his fluctuating symptoms. So reachable! Simple texts! No wait lines! I had questions and he answered within that day. Another reason why I'm so so so grateful to Dr. Wu, is that he was able to get my son approved for a drug that I've been working on for OVER 8 MONTHS with his allergist office. Insurance denied him of the drug. I have been fighting insurance, appealing denials, calling the allergist's front desk to follow up, calling the insurance to follow up, dealing with insurance's long automated robo responses... that it really surprised me when Dr. Wu took the initiative and spoke with the allergist front desk, spoke with drug company's representative, and facilitated the needed communication and documentation that insurance wanted and he got it approved…IN 1 WEEK. I kid you not! Having a pediatrician advocate for your child really makes a difference in the insurance culture. This is the advantage of concierge pediatrician. They fight and advocate for your child. Another thing, I asked him if he can help look over some of my son’s health related paperwork for his preschool, and he already took the initiative to get the records himself, saving me time and hassle to retrieve it from them. He's ON it! He's also very thorough and personable in his well visits. He takes the time to collect the entire medical history, get all the documents. He spent 2 hours with us on his first well visit! 2 HOURS! And he came to us! I normally am trying to remember my questions in a 15 minute visit with the doctor but he listened and took the time to get to know my child. Also, when he says he will follow up on something, he will remember and text me about an issue I casually mentioned. He's attentive! It's a big shift from traditional model to concierge model, but I'm very happy for making the decision to use his services for my son. It's worth it.

Wow where do I even begin?? I reached out to Dr. Wu because my son was having trouble breathing. I felt I wasn't receiving adequate care, answers, options, or explanations from my care team. Dr. Wu immediately analyzed videos I sent, got on a call, and talked me through a treatment plan, thoroughly explained EVERYTHING weighing pros/cons, and the follow-up was incredible. He checked in every hour to see how my son was doing, even offering to come over and listen to his breathing. We opted for video calls instead, and he provided so much value, peace of mind, and literal life-saving care after. Our previous care team would not prescribe a nebulizer (taking a "wait and see" approach), and Dr. Wu got one delivered to our house the SAME DAY, and it made the biggest difference for our little one. He is breathing comfortably and doing so well, and we haven't had an episode since. I can't recommend Dr. Wu enough and am so excited he's opened a new practice right in our city! Praise God!!

Dr. Henry came into our lives at the perfect time. I have a 6 month-old nephew and he had an allergic reaction to food. We called Dr. Henry and he was able to guide us immediately. No lines, no waiting, no fuss, no panic. This is how primary care should be, especially for a newborn and first-time parents. He not only gave us solutions for our little one, but he also told us the best pediatric urgent care centers in our area in case we needed to go. The attention, compassion, and expertise was beyond our expectations. He followed-up with us the next few days, provided some topical creams, and made sure we had support. You never feel as if you are a bother to him and thus you are comfortable asking all the questions you have. These are traits that are tough to come by, unfortunately, which is why we make it a point to stay patients of Dr Wu. He also seems to remember (or note) things about our personal lives that we talk about that are unrelated to the office visit. This is a small detail that makes our encounters more personable. The best part is my son (3 yrs old) never fears a visit to the doctor; when he's sick he tells us he needs to go see Dr Wu.
